All prices are in Canadian dollars.

## The Read, $750 CAD

A ninety-minute sitting and a written read within 48 hours, with a fixed price on every fix it names.

## The Fix, $2,500 CAD

One workflow from the read, rebuilt in the client's own accounts and live inside two weeks of access.

## The Operator, from $1,500/mo CAD

Monthly sessions and one bounded improvement at a time after a Fix has run for a month.

The $750 Read fee is credited toward the first Fix when it starts within 30 days of the Read arriving.

## What each service includes

### The Read

- A ninety-minute sitting with James.
- Review of the owner's working day and the path a new customer takes to find and choose the business.
- A written read within 48 hours covering both lanes.
- The business's own numbers where they are available.
- A fixed price on every recommended fix.
- A document the owner keeps whether or not further work starts.

### The Fix

- One bounded workflow selected from the read.
- Rebuild work completed with the owner in the client's own accounts.
- The workflow live inside two weeks after the required access is available.
- The client's prompts, documentation, and a written rollback path.

### The Operator

- Two working sessions each month.
- One bounded improvement chosen together at a time.
- Answers by the next business day.
- Available only after a Fix has run for one month.

## Timing and ownership

The Read arrives within 48 hours of the sitting. A Fix is scoped separately and is expected to go live inside two weeks after access. The client owns the accounts, prompts, workflow documentation, and installed work. The Operator is monthly and begins only when both sides agree that the installed Fix needs ongoing care.

## Where byImprint works

Work is available in person in Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor, and remotely across British Columbia. Name a suitable time when contacting James; no preparation is required for the Read.

## Service limits

- The Read diagnoses the owner's working day and customer path; it does not include implementation.
- The Fix covers one bounded workflow. Any additional workflow is selected and priced separately.
- The Operator handles one bounded improvement at a time and is available only after a Fix has run for one month.
- Timing starts when the sitting is complete or the required account access is available.
- No customer result or business outcome is guaranteed; byImprint reports only source-backed, permissioned evidence.

## What is not included

byImprint does not offer ads, social feed management, website chatbots, or promised rankings, leads, or revenue. James confirms scope, price, access, timing, and every external action.

Software subscriptions, media spend, legal advice, accounting advice, and work outside the agreed bounded workflow are not included unless a written scope says otherwise. byImprint does not hold client logins; the client owns the accounts, prompts, documentation, and installed work.
