SCOPE AGREEMENT

The Cleanup.

A paid multi-priority read that names three to five buyer-path problems and the work to ship them.

What's included

Business identity and market check.

Who you serve, where, and what locals search for.

Outside-in scan across four surfaces.

Google profile, website, search results, review platforms.

Three to five prioritized findings.

Each finding named in your words. Each with evidence, analysis, and a fix.

Paste-ready assets per priority.

Service copy, review prompts, inquiry replies, homepage blocks. Six to ten assets total.

Implementation on one or two quick wins.

Tier with-implementation only. Owner approval required per win. Owner retains rollback rights.

Methodology note and source list.

Every claim backed by an observation, dated and cited.

Day 21 check-in.

A short readback after delivery. What landed, what's queued.

Owner responsibilities

01

Complete The Cleanup intake.

Plain answers are fine. Roughly twenty-five minutes.

Provide accurate business and market context.

Services, customers, booking path, and any seasonal notes.

Name any no-touch or relationship boundaries.

Services you don't want more of, surfaces you don't want touched, competitors to leave aside.

Provide one approval contact for clarification and implementation sign-off.

Name and email. We email this person if anything's unclear, and for every implementation approval.

Hand over surface access if you chose with-implementation.

Google profile, website CMS, or whichever surfaces the approved implementations touch. Least-privilege only. Revocable any time.

Not included

01

Implementation on more than two priorities.

If more than two need implementing, that's a Fix Sprint, not a Cleanup.

Search Console or private-data analysis.

We work from public surfaces unless you grant access during the engagement.

03

Ongoing reporting beyond the Day 21 check-in.

One-time read. Recurring work belongs on the Operator retainer.

Ads, paid social, or campaign management.

Out of scope. Not part of this product.

05

Net-new website builds or design system work.

Surface-level copy and configuration only. Building new pages is Fix Sprint or Operator.

NO PROMISED OUTCOMES

The Cleanup provides evidence-backed diagnosis, recommendations, and implementation on owner-approved fixes. It does not promise rankings, leads, bookings, review count, revenue lift, ad return, or market leadership.
