By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Imprint produces structured intelligence and operating products for owner-led local businesses. Our products include The Local Read, The Cleanup, The Fix Sprint, and The Operator. Our website explains the product ladder, shows the methodology, and facilitates engagement inquiries and purchases.

Engagement artifacts reflect observed public surfaces, owner-provided context, and approved source material at the time of review. byImprint improves selected surfaces and owner workflows; it does not promise rankings, revenue, leads, bookings, review count, or market leadership.

All content on byimprint.com, including text, design, code, analysis methodology, and artifact formats, is owned by Imprint unless otherwise noted. Engagement artifacts purchased by clients are licensed for internal business use. Artifacts may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content or artifact data without permission.

When you submit information through our inquiry forms or purchase an engagement, you consent to us using that information to deliver the requested service and communicate with you about your order. We will not sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Engagement purchases and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Delivery timing, scope, and included artifacts depend on the product rung, selected tier, and written scope accepted before work begins. Access to any private link or portal is for the named client or approved team only.

Refunds are reviewed manually because the work is scoped and prepared around a specific business. If work has not begun, you may request a refund by emailing james@byimprint.com. If an artifact contains material errors in the underlying source reading, we will correct and redeliver it at no cost. Chargebacks and disputes are handled through Stripe's standard process.

These terms also apply to the public discovery files at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, and to any other machine-readable surface Imprint publishes from time to time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Imprint content or artifacts to build a directly competing byImprint product.
• Do not use the content, outputs, or responses to train a model intended to compete with Imprint.
• Do not scrape, bypass, or evade hosting infrastructure limits.

Machine-readable surfaces are provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime SLA. Production runs on Vercel and may be affected by Vercel availability, maintenance, security changes, or upstream service limits.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

The site, engagement artifacts, and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Surface reads, market observations, and operating recommendations are judgment based on available source material, not guarantees of future performance.

Imprint's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this site, our artifacts, or our engagements is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement, artifact, or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
