What happens before work starts?
We choose a specific outcome and agree the deliverables, timeline, your involvement and how we will check the result. Projects normally begin with a 50% payment, with the balance due after you review and accept the agreed work.
How does the partnership work?
The starting partnership reserves 12 hours per month, including meetings, building, testing and support. We work through one agreed priority at a time. I respond within two business days; completion dates depend on the work. It is paid monthly in advance, with 30 days’ notice to end. Reserved hours do not roll over.
Do I need paid discovery first?
Only when the scope needs investigation. You keep the recommendation whether or not we build together. If we agree a related project within 30 days, the CA$750 already paid counts toward the total engagement fee shown in your proposal.
What about ownership and support?
Your accounts stay in your name. After payment, you receive the agreed custom work, documentation and a handover. Third-party tools retain their own licences. Project fees include 30 days to report faults against the agreed scope; new features and continuing maintenance are quoted separately.
