Client Zero needed the same surface discipline it sells.

A self-owned proof note showing how byImprint applied its own public-surface standard to its homepage, route cleanup, proof shelf, and crawler discovery plan.

Observed gap

The public site had shipped proof objects and route cleanup work, but the proof layer needed a stronger discovery system before it could compound through search and AI crawlers.

Smallest useful fix

Promote claim-safe proof into a registry, `/work` hub, structured pages, sitemap entries, LLM indexes, and health checks.

Evidence

The Client Zero asset pack, launch checklist, external gates, and Website/SEO plan separate repo completion, public claims, and conversion proof.

Caveat

30 of 33 is a local closeout receipt. It is not demand proof, conversion proof, or a claim that the channel works.
