Alejandro’s portfolio showed the photographs. We helped make the service, business details and next step just as clear.
The problem.
Alejandro photographs elopements, couples and small weddings around Squamish and Whistler. His portfolio showed the work, but key pages did not make his solo approach and the kind of wedding he takes on equally clear. The enquiry page left practical questions unanswered, and business details needed to agree across the website and Google.
The work.
We started with a conversation about how Alejandro actually works. That shaped clearer wording on the homepage, elopement page and contact page, alongside key page titles, descriptions and structured business details. We updated his Google Business Profile information and helped turn the contact page into a useful first conversation: service fit, location, how the process works and when to expect a reply.
The result.
Visitors can now see that Alejandro works solo, keeps weddings small and invites an enquiry with clear expectations. Six contact-page answers cover common questions, and the page says he will reply within a day. The agreed website and profile changes were checked in August; a September check confirmed that the core service and contact-page improvements are still present.
Work completed in August 2026. Core website changes rechecked on 15 September 2026. Enquiries, bookings and revenue were not measured.
What changed.
The right kind of enquiry
Before
The photographs led the story; the practical service boundaries were less explicit.
After
Key pages explain the solo approach and focus on elopements and small weddings.
A clearer first step
Before
The contact page gave prospective clients little help with the questions that come before an enquiry.
After
Six answers explain the process and set the expectation of a reply within a day.
Details that agree
Before
Business information and two empty pricing and booking pages needed attention.
After
Website and Google details were aligned. The empty pages were removed after Alejandro chose to keep pricing personal.
A shared piece of work.
Alejandro supplied the service details, had already reopened his Google profile and made his own image and hero improvements. He also chose to keep pricing in the conversation. byImprint handled the agreed copy and business-detail changes with him. The photographs and the photography remain his work.
When this kind of work is useful.
If your work is strong but people still have to ask what you do, who it is for or how to get started, the next improvement may be a clearer path through what you already have. Start with the pages a prospective client sees before they contact you.
