The problem.
Doggy Tales had five-star reviews and the pages to match, but Google had not indexed several of the service pages, and the Business Profile was not appearing in the local pack for the Whistler searches sampled in June.
Doggy Tales · September 2026
A ninety-day sprint for a Whistler dog-walking business. Chad made every change himself. Search clicks went from about four a day in June to about seven in August, the best month on record, and the Business Profile now appears in six of eight sampled Whistler searches, up from none in June.
Doggy Tales had five-star reviews and the pages to match, but Google had not indexed several of the service pages, and the Business Profile was not appearing in the local pack for the Whistler searches sampled in June.
I wrote a short brief and a ninety-day plan: paste-ready website and Business Profile edits, the indexing step, and plain-English readbacks at Day 0, 30, 60 and 90. Chad made every change himself, including the Search Console indexing step on 8 July.
By the Day 90 check, clicks a day had gone from about four in June to about seven in August, the best month on record. Every page that was unindexed at Day 30 was indexed, 32 of 35 sitemap pages in all, and the Business Profile appeared in the local three-pack for six of eight sampled Whistler searches, where the June sample had found none.
Changes live 8 June, indexing step 8 July, verified 3 September 2026 with Search Console data through 1 September; Search Console records begin 22 October 2025. The eight Whistler searches were sampled once, from Whistler, on a desktop. Summer is inside the numbers; enquiries, bookings and revenue were not measured.
It’s been a pleasure working with James. He matched my working style, understood the business’s needs quickly and thoroughly, and created a plan that was simple enough to execute and immediately understand the return on investment.
