Robin’s clinic was busy. Unanswered reviews and incomplete public information kept slipping behind the work of running it.

I checked her public listing, wrote up what was missing in the order worth doing, and drafted the fifteen replies for her to adapt. Robin put the changes live in her own words.
The result.
The August check found all fifteen replies and the opening hours live. A follow-up check in September found the photos showing too.
