If your category is not listed, it did not clear that bar in August, and the town-wide figures further down still apply to you.
What the numbers mean.
A severity 4 finding means real customers are being lost partway through a business's own front door: the site loads, but booking, ordering or contacting does not finish the way the business's own pages promise. A severity 5 finding means the door is closed outright, a customer cannot get through at all. Both counts here come from open businesses read in a real browser, on desktop and on phone, in August 2026.
Every number is an "X of Y" count, and Y always means open businesses in that category, not businesses generally, not businesses that responded to anything, and not a national or provincial figure. Small categories carry small totals, and the report says so plainly rather than dressing a count of two or three up as a percentage.
What to do with it.
If your category carries a real finding rate, the two most common problems behind it are a Google Business Profile nobody has fixed and a habit of not replying to reviews. Both are things an owner can check and fix directly, without hiring anyone.
