The read-only Streamable HTTP endpoint is /.well-known/mcp. It exposes two tools for current when-to-use guidance and canonical public URLs. It requires no authentication and cannot send, spend, change accounts, create commitments, or access client data.

Integration boundary
MCP is the only current callable interface. It is public and read-only. Any other integration requires a separately agreed scope with James.
